'''Liam Cartier''' (born January 19, 1989) is an American Governor, general, and a former politician, who is also the Co Founder of Bloxburg Republic of the United States. He is widely known for his group contributions but also his drastic experience in the Federal Government and United States Military. Liam Cartier has served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Airforce, has been on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Homeland Security, and has impacted the way the military is operated and set forth a new perspective of dedication and service to country. 

== Early Life ==
Liam Cartier was born in Manhattan, New York City, he spent most of his time in school and extracurriculars boosting his political knowledge. When he was 19 years old he was accepted into Cornell University and earned his Masters Degree of Public Administration 2 years later. Soon after, he moved into the public eye as the first (and the youngest) Vice President of the United States.
