Bloxburg Republic of the United States Wiki Guidelines[edit]
Welcome to the official Wiki page of the Bloxburg Republic of the United States (BRUS)! We contain information and rules about BRUS and its members, as well as insights and contributions from community members. The objective of this wiki is to provide respectful resources for the participants and to appreciate the free flow of thought.
BRUS: Group Management (GM) Guidelines
As the name suggests, Group Management (GM) looks after various aspects of the functional mechanism of BRUS; however, they do not have the same level of authority on the wiki. GM members step in when inappropriate content or false data is on the wiki only. Their role is not to style the wiki structure for their reasons, but to preserve the integrity of the wiki.
Members of GM can do the following:
- Remove or combat crude, vulgar, or abusive comments and posts.
- Modify some parts of the content if the information contained therein is false or misleading.
We expect members to be objective, polite, and friendly as they edit the BRUS wiki.
Wiki Rules[edit]
1. Personal Pages:[edit]
- Members cannot make personal pages unless the wiki founders say so. Personal pages may be allowed in special cases that follow community rules. Pages made without permission will be deleted.
2. Editing Restrictions:[edit]
- Editing pages is a privilege. Members cannot edit pages without permission from the wiki founders or group leaders. Editing without permission may lead to limitations or removal from the wiki.
- If allowed to edit, make sure all changes are correct, relevant, and useful. Changes that alter information without context are not allowed.
3. Respect for Content:[edit]
- All contributions must be accurate and relevant. Changes or additions will be verified and should not disrupt the existing content.
- Make sure that added information is neutral, respectful, and does not show personal opinions or biases.
4. No Vandalism:[edit]
- Vandalism of any sort will not be accepted. This includes disruptive edits, deleting pages without reason, or misrepresenting facts. Vandalism will be dealt with quickly and can lead to a ban from the wiki.
Please use common sense. Avoid calling people names, creating pages to shame others, or intentionally damaging the wiki. If members keep causing issues, we may ask them to leave the wiki. This way, everyone can access useful information. Thank you for your cooperation!
